My Early Journey
Creativity, family, nature, and meaningful connections.
Creativity has always been at the heart of who I am. I began my professional career as a fashion designer, drawn to the world of beauty, self-expression, and transformation. Through design, I discovered the joy of bringing ideas to life and connecting with people through creativity.
Alongside this passion, I have always shared a deep bond with nature and animals. Spending time in nature and with animals has brought me immense peace, comfort, and perspective throughout my life. They have been some of my greatest teachers, showing me the beauty of presence, simplicity, acceptance, and unconditional love.
As life unfolded, I embraced many meaningful roles. I became a wife, a mother of two, and a member of a loving and supportive family. Later, I joined my family business, working primarily in Human Resources, where I found fulfillment in understanding people, building relationships, and creating meaningful connections.
From the outside, life seemed complete. I was surrounded by love, meaningful responsibilities, and professional fulfilment. Yet deep within, there was a quiet longing: a feeling that something was still waiting to be discovered.
The Call to Look Within
Who am I beyond the responsibilities, expectations, and roles?
Over time, I found myself asking deeper questions. Who am I beyond my responsibilities? Who am I beyond the expectations placed upon me? Who am I when all labels and roles are set aside?
The answers did not come immediately. Instead, these questions opened the door to a journey of self-discovery: a journey that invited me to pause, reflect, and explore parts of myself that had long remained unnoticed.
As I began looking inward, I realized how easily we can become focused on external achievements while losing touch with our inner world. The more I explored, the more I understood that true growth begins when we learn to listen to ourselves.
The Challenges of Transformation
Growth often begins where comfort ends.
Personal growth is often described as inspiring and beautiful. While it certainly can be, my experience taught me that it can also be deeply challenging.
There were moments when the journey broke me before it rebuilt me. It challenged long-held beliefs, pushed me beyond familiar comfort zones, and encouraged me to face fears, doubts, insecurities, and emotions I had previously avoided.
There were times of confusion, vulnerability, and uncertainty. Moments when I questioned everything I thought I knew. Yet every challenge carried a lesson. Every setback became an opportunity to learn. Every difficult moment helped me understand myself more deeply.
Discovering the Power of Inner Work
Healing is not about becoming someone new.
Through self-reflection, mindfulness, learning, and personal exploration, I gradually began reconnecting with myself.
I discovered the value of slowing down, the importance of truly listening, and the courage required to meet myself with honesty and compassion.
Most importantly, I learned that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who we truly are beneath the layers of conditioning, expectations, fears, and self-doubt.
Within each of us lives wisdom, resilience, strength, and the capacity to grow. Sometimes, we simply need the space to reconnect with it.
A Lifelong Journey
Self-discovery is a lifelong journey.
One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is that self-discovery never truly ends.
I do not see myself as someone who has all the answers, nor do I believe I have reached a final destination. I am still learning, still growing, still making mistakes, and still discovering new layers of myself every day.
For me, self-discovery is a lifelong journey. Just as we continue breathing throughout our lives, we continue evolving, learning, and becoming more aware.
There is no finish line. There is only the ongoing journey of coming home to ourselves.
Why Manthan Was Created
A space created to support the journey inward.
Manthan was born from my own journey inward.
It is a space created with the intention of supporting others as they pause, reflect, reconnect, and rediscover their own inner wisdom.
I do not offer answers to life's questions. Instead, I hope to create a space where people feel supported in finding their own answers, trusting their own path, and cultivating greater balance, clarity, awareness, and peace.
Because I believe that everything we seek already exists within us. Sometimes, we simply need the opportunity to listen.
